The free worksheet on this site does the sum a church board argues about every autumn without ever quite working it out: what does the pastor actually cost, once the housing allowance and the SECA offset are counted; what does the rest of the staff cost with employer taxes on top; and what weekly giving does that budget need to break even. It is free, it needs no account, and it will tell you plainly when the answer is that the budget does not balance.

The worksheet works entirely from the giving and payroll figures you enter about your own church. Any vendor price named on this site is read from that vendor's own pricing page on a stated date and recorded with its source.
