Should you just buy church management software instead?
If what you need is membership, groups, check-in, rooms and communication, buy a church management system and stop reading: they do that and Sacristo does not. Be honest about size too, because this matters more than any feature: a church with no paid staff does not need this, and a small church already paying for a management system may find its giving module is enough. Sacristo is for the church that runs payroll, has clergy on it, and cannot answer the board's questions from a spreadsheet.
