What this service is

We are the vendor: Sacristo is church money software made and sold by us for the person who runs a church's payroll, budget and giving. The free worksheets work the arithmetic from figures you supply. The paid plan keeps a record of payroll runs, the budget against actual giving, and the tithe and offering by household.

How we are paid

Sacristo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your card statement and receipt. It is $72 a month, the price and the renewal are shown before checkout, it renews monthly at the same price, and it can be cancelled from your own account page at any time.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index is a list of the free worksheets on this site with the question each one answers. It is published as a CSV so you can read it without us, and it is not a directory of vendors, a ranking or an advertisement.

No warranty

Sacristo keeps the record you enter and does the arithmetic this site describes. It is not tax advice: the clergy housing allowance, the dual tax status and what your church must withhold and report are described here with the IRS publication named, and your church's own accountant decides. It does not file your returns.
