What we collect and why

What you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your church's name, the size band you pick and what you write. If you open an account, the email address you sign in with and the payroll, budget and giving records you enter. The free worksheets compute in your browser and their figures are not sent anywhere unless you save them to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: Sacristo is made and sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd, and your enquiry is answered by us. We do not sell, share or broker enquiries to vendors, resellers or lead buyers. Giving records name your donors, so they are treated as the sensitive records they are: the processors we use to run the site see only what they need to do that job.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@sacristo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
